Linus is a sweet boy who has come such a long way. It took several months to earn his trust, and while he still does not like to be picked up, he has learned to enjoy affection on his own terms. He now allows gentle pets on his head, along his back, and all the way down his tail.

Linus is a big fan of mealtime and will come running when he hears a can open. He will even meow at you while you prepare his food, just to make sure you know he is waiting.

He gets along very well with other cats and tends to choose a feline friend to bond closely with. Because of this, it is very important that Linus has a cat buddy in his future home. He would do best with an adult cat who is past the wild kitten stage and is happy to relax and lounge with him.

Linus currently gets along wonderfully with his foster mate, Pearl, and the two make a very comfortable pair. Linus is still blossoming and learning that people can be trusted. With patience, consistency, and a calm home, he has every opportunity to continue growing into a wonderfully affectionate and loving companion.
